Kidz Play

Dancing is an enjoyable way to play and express your-self. You do not need experience, just the willingness. With dance games, you explore the world around you and discover how you can use your body to be creative and communicate with others.

When play and drama come together, this forms the drama game. I use role-play and drama games to develop assertiveness; the children will see self-expression, subject and themes in a new way, and these experiences will expand the children's ability to play and help in their daily life to manage thoughts and problems more creatively.

All these games contribute to social and emotional development in children. They build self-esteem and improve their spoken English, while having fun and making new friends in a safe, creative, age appropriate and friendly atmosphere.

Dupé Oshinowo
I was born in Nigeria and moved to London at age 7 where I grew up. In my twenties, I moved to New York for 8 years. There I pursued a dancing and acting career, appeared in music videos, films and TV shows while I worked with children as a hip-hop dance teacher.

I moved back to London to undertake a career in youth work after studying informal education. I have lived in Berlin for six years with my husband and four year old daughter and worked as an English teacher and developed creative workshops.
Currently taking part as a dancer in a production at the Volksbühne. As an educator, I like to help children discover their creativeness and build confidence, while having fun at the same time.
